Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you take the next step.
Understand our role, what Phase 1 can support and where independent clinical responsibility begins.
Does AUSIND Health provide medical advice?
No. AUSIND Health provides facilitation and coordination only. Diagnosis, clinical advice, treatment recommendations, informed consent and care remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified independent healthcare professionals and institutions.
Which treatment areas can I explore?
Phase 1 focuses on planned dental care, LASIK and cataract pathways, selected ENT care and hair restoration. Clinical suitability must always be assessed by the relevant independent provider.
Does making an enquiry commit me to treatment or travel?
No. An initial enquiry is exploratory and does not oblige you to consult a provider, purchase a service, travel or proceed with treatment.
Can I send medical records through the enquiry form?
No. The Phase 1 form is for basic contact details and the broad area you are exploring. Do not attach or include medical records, diagnoses or sensitive health information. A separate secure process will be required if you later choose to proceed.
Are hospitals and specialists employed by AUSIND Health?
No. Hospitals, specialists, laboratories and other providers are independent. They remain responsible for their credentials, advice, quotations, consent processes, clinical services and outcomes.
Does AUSIND Health guarantee treatment results?

Can AUSIND Health coordinate travel and accommodation?
AUSIND Health may coordinate agreed treatment-linked travel, accommodation and practical support. The precise scope, responsibility, inclusions, exclusions and costs should be confirmed before any booking or payment.
How are fees handled?
